Shipping Costs

• Orders under €42: €4.99 shipping fee.
• Orders of €42 or more: free shipping.

Shipping Method

We deliver across Italy via GLS courier. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day. Standard delivery takes approximately 24–48 hours, except for delays beyond the control of Caffè Carraro S.p.A.

Holiday Notice

During the Christmas period, for orders placed between 17/12/2025 and 05/01/2026, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Missed Delivery

If the courier cannot deliver your order, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a link to reschedule delivery or choose a nearby pick-up point.
