SCA Sensory Skills Professional Course

The Sensory Skills module teaches how to approach the sensory evaluation of coffee. It explores how we perceive what we taste and how to apply these skills when assessing the characteristics of a coffee. It also provides an overview of coffee identification and quality assessment. Understanding how we perceive flavors can be applied to evaluating the natural characteristics of coffee. In addition, the module offers an introduction to identifying specialty coffee qualities, along with general guidance on how to implement these practices within a business.

Certification fees are included in the course price.
