SCA Green Coffee Intermediate Course

The Green Coffee module covers key concepts related to coffee before roasting, cultivation, processing, transportation, storage, and finally arrival at the roaster. It includes in-depth analysis of coffee cultivation techniques, processing and classification of green coffee, contracts, and warehouse management.

Certification fees are included in the price.

Program
It explores green coffee in greater detail and focuses on the professional skills required for those who work daily with green coffee. It is divided into three areas:
• Principles of coffee cultivation and processing
• Introduction to green coffee grading
• Green coffee contract management and warehouse operations
