The Green Coffee module covers key concepts related to coffee before roasting, cultivation, processing, transportation, storage, and finally arrival at the roaster. It includes in-depth analysis of coffee cultivation techniques, green coffee processing and classification, contracts, and warehouse management.
Certification fees are included in the price.

Program
It is suitable for people who have worked for at least two years in a role involving green coffee. It builds on the knowledge gained at the Intermediate level and prepares students for managerial positions within the industry. A solid understanding of other Coffee Diploma System modules, particularly Sensory and Roasting, is highly recommended for those wishing to undertake this level.
