Coffee Lovers Course

A course for coffee enthusiasts who want to discover the origins of this beloved beverage. A journey to discover a precious commodity that has changed the history of the world. We will taste coffees from Central and South America, passing through South Asia and Africa, learning to recognize the different origins and grasp their key characteristics through tasting. We will discover the art of blending and compare various extraction methods, from the most ancient to the most innovative, retracing together the history of the world's most beloved beverage.
