Program

Documents the journey of coffee from its origins in Ethiopia to becoming one of the world’s major consumer goods, enjoyed by millions of people. From cultivation to processes such as drying, roasting, and preparation, this module follows the entire coffee journey. This half-day course also includes tastings to deepen product knowledge from a sensory perspective.
