This course will introduce you to the interesting and complex world of sensory analysis, illustrating the different types of coffee and the methods for recognizing a quality cup.

• Coffee and the senses
• Olfactory experience
• Coffee flavours and aromas
• Tasting of different types and varieties of coffee
• How to recognize defects in the cup
• Tasting of selected blends
